Great idea to takes vacations and spend time with family as long as you don't get another one of those calls in the middle. How easy is it for most to keep on the positive side, rather then falling into a negative category? It seems easier to fall into one of the mentioned negative categories, although this article may help many "discover" where they are, and after realizing what they are doing, kind of looking from the outside, it then becomes something they can consciously work on shifting into a more positive way of coping. In the end, making life easier and more enjoyable for everyone around them, including themselves as well. Quitting is just the beginning of something new.
