Don't grieve about the past and don't focus so much on the future. Instead, focus on the NOW because like you said, the present moment is where we have choice. Being a christian businessman and part of an organization ( http://www.bmfusa.com/) can be quite stressful as we're always trying to focus on where we want to be 6 months or 1 year from now. Well, the fact is that sitting around and focusing on the future each and every day only makes the present feel quite poor because the future is really a fantasy until it's a reality. The only thing we can really do is choose how we live in the present moment and do the best we can.
